1st Choice Homes, Ltd. is a custom home builder serving Central and Southern Ohio. When I met them, they were using a "site builder' tool provided by a popular web hosting company. The president of the company spent an inordinate amount of time and hassle tracking changes between all of the places a given model or series of home was mentioned.

I built a system for 1st Choice Homes that sees each model as a "record" in a database, and every page that mentions that model is a "view" into that single database. The president is a very self-reliant person, and he prefers the freedom to manage his site when it suits his availability, rather than being at the mercy of a service provider. This is the freedom he has with a TYPO3 content management system.
