MajorNinth is a freelance web design and video company. My name is John Kallies; I am the principal consultant for MajorNinth. I currently live and work in Chillicothe, OH. I serve clients in Chillicothe, Lancaster, Columbus, and as far away as Bellefontaine and Cleveland. I have worked using the MajorNinth name since 2003, delivering quality websites, corporate/event video services, and design and layout work to over 70 clients in the Central Ohio area. I have worked for larger companies and organizations like Cardinal Health, the Ohio State University, and the Ohio District Council of the Assemblies of God, and I have also worked for dozens of small businesses and non-profits.
MajorNinth delivers "content management system" websites -- sites that can be updated and managed by a business person having no specialized technical skills (rather than by a web developer through an ongoing monthly service contract). I use a CMS called TYPO3. TYPO3 is "open source", meaning that the software does not cost money to install or use. With the most simple MajorNinth site, you get:

MajorNinth Twitter Stream
MajorNinth provides video services, both location shooting and editing/post production. I focus on corporate video (training video, product demonstrations, infomercials, kiosks). I also provide motion graphics/title graphics and animations. I can work with you to arrange duplication/replication of video media.
I accept event video jobs for the right opportunity (I don't usually do weddings. There are so many wedding videographers out there, and I think that market is pretty saturated. But I have done some before, and I will give you straight-forward feedback if you contact me). When doing any event, I and any other "shooters" I bring will be appropriately dressed in stage blacks, and capturing the moments that need captured as unobtrusively as possible.
